The Parasitic Blob appears as an enemy in Realm of the Mad God, where it is spawned in large numbers by the Blob Colony. They circle the colony, firing 3-round spreads of fleshy projectiles at the nearest player. Their projectiles pierce through players and cover, and inflict the Sick debuff for 4 seconds. If there is no colony nearby or their colony is heavily damaged, they will chase down nearby players while firing.
