Ultra Supervillain (超極悪化) is an upgraded version of Supervillain, a power-up that makes the user stronger by replacing their regular Ki with Dark Ki. Unlike similar Dark Ki-based forms, the brainwashing of Ultra Supervillain can passively spread to nearby people, including the user's enemies.
